I can't be 100% certain, because some of these Canadian Apotex markings are difficult to track down, however, from their site, I think this might be a 5mg Bisacodyl tablet.

Bisacodyl is a stimulant laxative, which may cause side effects, such as nausea, stomach pain and abdominal cramping.
