It’s Apo-Bisoprolol 5mg it’s a heart medication that eases strain on the heart. I take this.

I can't be 100% certain, because some of these Canadian Apotex markings are difficult to track down, however, from their site, I think this might be a 5mg Bisacodyl tablet.
