I have found 2 small round orange pills with AC imprinted on one side and C on the other please can you tell me what they are please?

sorry I know im well late but the tablet you're describing sounds extremely similar to a particular form of amitriptyline which can be a very dangerous drug .They come in 3 colour, brown, orange and white but they all have a C on one side and an AC etched on the reverse .

Based on my research, the pill in description is a combination of Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine. ASA (Acetaminophen) + caffeine + codeine is used for the relief of mild-to-moderate pain, fever, and inflammation. It may be used to treat conditions such as headaches, pain due to cold symptoms, toothache, pain of menstrual cramps, arthritis pain, and the pain caused by muscle strains and sprains.

Some side effects include but are not limited to: abdominal pain (mild), constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, frequent urge to urinate, headache, heartburn, lightheadedness, nausea, trouble sleeping, and vomiting.
