Small Round Blank Yellow Pill With W O On One Side And 50 The Other

What kind of Med is a small pale yellow pill pill with "WO" on one side and "50" on the other. The pill is slightly convex on both sides. Thanks for any info.

I believe you were looking at the marking upside down and it is actually OM 50, which is a 50mg Nucynta tablet, it is a narcotic analgesic that contains the active ingredient Tapentadol.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.
