I believe the imprint you are looking at is actually intended to be Z 66. It is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Atenolol, which is most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, and increased urination.
