This is an over the counter product that is claimed to help with sleep issues using natural ingredients.

However, I cannot discover exactly what the ingredients are supposed to be.

I just took one. Looks like it is about 50% binders and the rest is Hops, GABA, Melatonin and Valerian Root.
I have used all of these herbs in bulk and found that each does help me sleep or at least calm down.
Melatonin- I used 10-15mg.
Valerian root works very well, but you need to take a huge amount (like a tablespoon) and it smells like mildew.
I usually use ambien, but I failed to go to bed after taking my dose, then came back and took the other 29, but have no memory of doing that.
