Do you know what country it is from? ## Hey fam i found this bottle in my grandparents cabinet a while back and it said they are Slow-K Potassium Chloride slow release tablets 8 mEq (600 mg) This bottle also expired July 1983 so there could definitely be a different medication by that name by 2010
3 REPLIES UpdatedI picked up a prescription for slow-k and there is no imprint on the pills, generally it has slow-k printed on it. What are the chances this is a counterfeit? If it is likely to be, what should I do? ## I haven't received any reply to this, someone please? ## If you feel concerned, I would take that pill to your nearest pharmacy and ask you pharmacist.
