No, you should continue taking them and taper, as instructed. Stopping abruptly at such a high dose risks complications.
The FDA lists the other typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and weight changes.
However, you don't actually have to space them out throughout the day, you could take them earlier, so you may not experience such severe insomnia.
