I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and a little dripped down so we thought I'd be ok, then the next week I wanted to skip my period for the month which would have occurred the next week. On the last day that I would have had my period I bled even though I was already a week into the new pack.. could this be a result of skipping my period for the first time on birth control or is it implantation bleeding and I'm pregnant?

First time taking lo lestrogen, not first time On BC. I've taken BC for five years give or take. I got my period the first week of the pill and then again near the end of the second week. Yet I got no period in the last week for the brown pills. Not even spotting. I missed one pill but took it the next day. I have been sexually active. Can this mean I'm pregnant?
