My son is hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital. Doctors are giving him Sizopin 400mg. What i understand is that 400mgs is the highest available dosage. Doctors are thinking about trying an alternative medicine. What is your view on this?

My son has been on Clozapine for the last 20 yrs and presently on Sizopin 400 mg and Ativan sos. The condition is yet to stabilize and he leads far from a normal life. He has been suffering from Schizphrenia for over 25 years. Doctors are doing their best to treat it but there is no definite cure it seems which could bring a 39-year-old person back to a normal life. Any suggestions or advise for further treatment? What if sizopin 400 mg is not enough to control chronic schizophrenia? Do doctors have a definite cure or simply the medical science to only experiment with patients?

Only divine power has a cure for all ailments. Would like to have your views on the matter...
