Sizopin 25mg And Pregnancy Safety

I am taking Sizopin 25mg at night and I am one month pregnant. Please let me know if Sizopin is well tested on pregnant woman or not? Can I continue taking Sizopin during and after the pregnancy?

According to nih.gov, Sizopin (Clozapine) is in pregnancy category B - meaning that "animal studies have revealed no evidence of harm to the fetus, however, there are no adequate studies in pregnant women OR animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus."
