i am searching for Viagra (sildenafil) 100mg from Egypt. It is red and has 6 sides. It is "grooved" for easy breaking and has "100" on backside. My friend said it is the very best ED medicine he has ever taken. No side effects (he is a heart patient).

All medications carry the risk of causing side effects. Your friend may not be experiencing any, but that doesn't mean you won't either. The usual side effects of Sildenafil may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stuffy nose.
Additionally, if he's a heart patient, he shouldn't be taking this, without his doctor's approval, because it can lower blood pressure and heart rate, which could be dangerous, if he's on other cardiac medications.
