Hello, Julie! How are you?

The general rule for antibiotics is that if they are working, there shouldn't be any worsening after being on them for a full 24 hours and you should start to see improvement after a full 3 days of taking them.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

If there's not improvement after a couple more days, you should see your doctor.

Is there anything else I can help with?
