Sintrom - Eliquis
UpdatedI’ve been told I can discontinue sintrom after taking it for three weeks the cardiologist said I can stop it and start taking eliquis 5 mg I thought you had to wean off sintrom but worried about ingesting another coagulant while sintrom is still in my system shall I wait five days of not taking a anticoagulant ie sintrom before starting the eliquis (Apixaban) ?
