Sintrom And Diet

I have a friend who has just started taking Sintrom, I am trying to help him sort out his diet, he has been advised to loose some weight, can anyone have a link to a site that could advise what foods he shouldn't have when taking sintrom, I understand it's foods high in vitamin K, but is there other foods which should be avoided. It contains the active ingredient Acenocoumarol, it prevents coagulation by working as a vitamin K agonist, thus that is the only dietary restriction.
