Sinemet Dosage

I have been extremely lightheaded taking sinemet 25/100 3 and 4 times daily. Can it be taken once daily?

You should take it according to your doctor's prescribing instructions. Side effects are typically transient and tend to go away, once your body gets used to a medication, but that usually takes about 4 to 5 weeks of taking it at the same consistent dose, as reported by the NIH. Other side effects may include nausea, and headache.
