Had yellow coloured diarrea could these be the cause also dizziness

Yes, dizziness, nausea, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation can be normal side effects.

Diarrhea is also listed as a possible side effect, as reported by the U.S. FDA.

How long have you been taking it? Are you on any other medications?
