They have just been manufactured by different companies, that is what the INT and ZYD stand for, as an example, this latter stands for Zydus Pharmaceuticals.

It is very common for generic medications to be manufactured by multiple companies, it helps create market competition to keep costs down as low as possible and whichever one a pharmacy carries may vary each month, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply.

The FDA states that this medication is used to help lower cholesterol and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
