I have been taking lisinopril hctz (small blur pill) for years without any problems. Couple of months ago the pharmacy started giving me lisop hctz ( a little larger pink pill - watson). I have been experiencing discomfort and body aches laying on my stomach for the past month. Could this be related?

Hello, Nick! How are you? I"m sorry about the problems you're having.
It is rather difficult to say with certainty. It may be due to side effects, if the new tablet is slightly stronger than the prior generic, since they can vary slightly, or it could be entirely unrelated. Another possibility is dehydration, if this new tablet is a little stronger, it may be removing more fluid from your body than the prior one and you may not be taking in enough to replace it.
Are you on any other medications? How much fluid do you take in each day?
