Side Effects To Phentermine 37.5

I have been on phentermine 37.5 and recently starting havin a bad ear ache, neck popping and heartburn. I also found a knot on the right sideat the back of my head that hurts and causes headaches if I apply pressure to it

took phentermine for 3 days, and having headaches whole time and hallucination one night,insomnia also. stopped taking today, still have headache and chills/sweats.

This pills are not good make you feel so sick you sweat a lot I stop taking this pill I took for three days n only loose two pounds

The FDA does list headaches as being a possible side effect of Phentermine, along with nausea, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia, and anorexia.

Debbie, you said you had a hallucination? That is odd. Are you on any other medications?

Niki, taking it for only a few days would not result in significant weight loss. What dosage were you taking?
