Side Effects Switching Celexa To Wellbutrin

I am taking 40mg of Celexa and was switching to Wellbutrin. I followed the doctors orders of slowly decreasing the Celexa and started on Wellbutrin 100mg.
The first day I started this I experienced a lethargic mood. I didnt feel any need to move, I could have just sat there and stared at the wall all day and that would have been fine with me. The second day was the exact same. The third day I didnt take the Wellbutrin. Thats when I finally got up and called the doctor.
The doctors say this is odd and it may have to do with tapering off the Celexa. But on the third day I was still on a lower dose of Celexa but felt like normal.
The doctors want me to try this again and I'm wondering if anyone has heard of this happening and if the effects I felt would taper off or not?

Hello, BlondeCleopatra! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problems you had.

Actually, it was probably a combination of both, withdrawal from the Celexa and side effects from starting the Wellbutrin. Things usually improve, but it may take about 4 weeks, or so, for your body to adjust to the switch.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Wellbutrin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, weight changes and vision changes.
