Last night I might have taken Nifedipine er 30mg two times accidentally....at 8:30 and at 10:30. I had no side effects except for my pulse increasing from 73 to 93 within an hour of the second pill. It is now 6:23 a.m. I am fine but a little hesitant about whether to take my metoprolol succinate er 25 mg at 10:30 this morning. And do I resume the regular dose of Nifedipine tonight at about 9 pm?

Did you experience any other symptoms? The FDA lists them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and hypotension.
And yes, generally you should just continue with your normal dosing schedule, unless your doctor directs otherwise.
Are these the only medications you are currently taking?
