I am taking one capsule a day of this vitamin with my breakfast, but have very severe nausea after taking it. Is this common or normal? I am 44 yrs old and in good health.

I have been using wellwoman original for nearly a month now. My periods are irregular and I have fibroids. I've found I've had more energy since taking them and im still having periods - I am however on a combination of meds to help get my periods regular and to relieve tension on my uterus so I don't know if they are also helping with the energy. I did experience nausea but i sucked on a peppermint or liquorice during the first week and now i don't get that anymore. I'm going to stick with it for at least three months and review any changes.

Am yet to take the well woman pills but the thing is that I have problems wih my menstrual cycle already and want to know if it will get worse when I use it because most ladies are complaining of not seeing their period after using the drug.

Does your doctor tells you why u shouldn't take it if u trying to conceive?cox I'm trying to conceive too and someone just prescribe it for me I just wanna be sure if it good or not before getting one

yes, when my doctor prescribed me well women she told me that, if i am planning to get pregnant i should not take this medicine, its convenient to take those pills during my period......

I first had my period when I was 13 years old. I am now 22 years old and have been having long cycle intervals like 37 days but always ovulatory. I do not know whether it is a coincidence but since taking well woman vitamins, the first cycle on them was 33 days and my next one seems to be 30 days. Worth a try. Also, my cravings before period stopped which is helping me control carbohdrate intake and in turn make my period more regular.

Hiya I am 23, and I have been taking the pill with breakfast, I was advised to take it as I am having IVF in 2 months but the first 3 days I had no problem with it, then I was also badly sick at work after taking it. I now feel like I have a cold coming and tired all the time, if it continues il defo becoming of it, it seems it has so much in it it's hard for your body to accept all the vitamins at once, I hope you feel better

I have been taking well woman for a week and am feeling fever'y also. Really bad sinus pains. I don't know whether this is linked with the changing weather or that fact I have stopped smoking. Anyway this is interesting that so many other people have been experiencing noticeable problems with it.
