Side Effects Of Janumet

My mom aged 43 yrs is taking janumet 50mg/500mg twice a day before meals. She is having problems of dizziness, headache, and feeling sleepy. What is the solution? Is it serious? Should I consult my doctor?

Those can all be normal side effects of this medication, as listed by the FDA, she may also experience flatulence, stomach pain and diarrhea.

However yes, she should report these side effects to her doctor, to be safe. Does she check her blood sugar regularly?
