Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen can cause some nausea as a side effect, but it doesn't usually cause stomach cramping and diarrhea. As a matter of fact, it usually causes constipation, as well as drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. It also has the potential to be habit forming.
