This is a benzodiazepine, which carries the risk of being habit forming, so you should only take it as long as your doctor instructs you to do so.
Withdrawal must be done carefully, via a slow taper, otherwise it creates the risk of seizures.
Common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and mood swings.
