Pls, tell me about side effects of trineurosol H. I am advised by dr. because of very low level of s.b12

Trineurosol-H is a nutritional supplement that contains the vitamins B1, B12 and B6, so it is used as a supplement to treat or prevent a deficiency in these vital nutrients.

However, since it is a supplement and not an actual drug, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for actual medications, but some people have reported some nausea, after taking it.

side effects of trineurosol H injection. Does it increase creatinine level and also decrease hemoglobin level?My dad had been taing trineurosol injection since 2 mths!st month, he took 2cc once in 15 days, _ 3 doses he took. After this he was asked to take Trineurosol H 1 cc, once in 3 days. He had completed 10 doses of this in 1 month. Last week checked his creatinine , has gone up from 2.7 to 3.1 in a month and also his Hb has reduced from 10.2 to 8.8. inspite of taking Iron tabs. How can the creatinine level be reduced and also increase the Hb level.? Pls. repl;y as early as possible. He is 81, and in need of knee replacement.
