Side Effects Of Rose Day Tablets 10 Mg

My wife has been prescribed Rose Day tablets. Kindly inform me on the side effects. Does it cause a racing heart beat?

This contains the active ingredient Rosuvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol.

I have been prescribed razel and they have given me roseday 10 mg. My cholesterol levels are not very high, it is 226. My chol/hdl ratio is 4 and ldl/hdl is 2.8 which are not bad but dr said the arteries have thickened and I am obese 90 k.Gs and 4.9 height. Should I have this medicine? Is it a life-long treatment? What are the side effects? I am also taking orlistat and invokana and on a strict low calore diet. My hba1c is 6.9.
