i have more bleeding that's why i eat pause mf but now i'm feel omitting and headache what's problem please give me suitable answer thank you

Pause MF contains Mefenamic acid + Tranexamic acid, it is usually given to help control heavy bleeding, like during menstruation and associated cramping.

This is known to cause side effects such as nausea and drowsiness.
