Side Effects Of Orcerin Gm

I am 48yrs & I have pain in the knees & taking orcerin gm tab in a day. Pl tell me how long can I take this medicine.What are its side effects if I take it for long time?

This contains the active ingredient Diacerein, which is most commonly used to treat arthritic conditions.

The information available on it here in the U.S. to me is very limited, because it isn't used here.

Have you tried asking a pharmacist/chemist for more information?
