i want to know that if i am pregnant and also taking nexito plus medicine than tell me the side effect of nexito plus in my pregnancy.

i am ten weeks pregnant, during 5th to 8th week of pregnancy, i took nexito 10 mg daily. and also encorate chrono 300mg twice daily unknowing of my pregnancy. is it harmful ? do i need to go for an MTP.
