Side Effects Of Nefrosave Tablet

can it be administered to a 76yr patient. there seems to be slight blood in the urine. his hemoglobin is 9gms. or could it be a infection

Nefrosave contains the active ingredients Acetylcysteine and Taurine.

The only actual drug here is the Acetylcysteine, which mainly works as a mucolytic, so it's not going to help with blood in his urine and I am sorry, but I have no information on the safety of administering it to elderly patients.

Has his urine been tested to see if he has an infection?
