Side Effects Of Levipil 750

I am taking Levipil 750 since 2 years.I am always feeling drowsy,get angry immediately,forget things,don't feel hungry ,and loss of hair also.Are these the sympoms of this medicine.I am also taking Encorate Chrono 300 with it.

My father, Mr. Kanchan Datta, an epilepsy patient is taking LEVIPIL750 and tetrafol plus for last 9 months. Can he continue tetrafol plus with LEVIPIL750? Actually doctor which we prescribed told him to continue it for 3 months. But my father, Kanchan Datta wants it to continue more. Is he doing correct? Moreover his weight increasing too much ND has short temper and his anger has been increased? So I will be highly obliged if any good neurologist give me suggestions?
