Side Effects Of Lavera 500

I was 10 years old when i first had an epileptic attack. I want to make it sure that will this medicine won't affect my baby as I want to conceive as soon as possible. Is it harmful?

My wife is under treatment for arachnoid cyst in left parafalc of her brain with seizure disorder since last 9 years. For 1st 8+ yrs she was on Eptoin 100, 300 & 300ER along with Fresium 5, 10 & 5 time to time. Since last 3 months she is taking Lvera 500 along with Trika Plus but facing lots of side effects, mainly muscles weakness / pain issues. Please advise. She is 56 yrs old. We are residing in India.
