Side Effects Of Hcqs 200 Mg

My Wife is taking HCQS since last 7 / 8 years under supervision of a medical practitioner along with regular blood test and eye check up. Now small white patches are appearing on her chest.. Is it related to use of the drug? Presently her intake is --
HCQS 200 -- 1 tablet per day
SAZO 500 -- 3 tablets per day
FOLVITE -- 2 tablets per week
FOLITRAX 10 mg - 1 tablet per week

Gabapentin 100 mg. -- 3 tablets per day
FOLVITE -- 2 tablets per week Tuesday
FOLITRAX 10 mg - 1 tablet per week (Friday) Since 3 months
Allegra 180 mg.

Based on my research, HCQS contains Hydroxychloroquine as the active ingredient. Skin rash or itching are side effects of this medication. Your wife could possibly be experiencing a dangerous allergic reaction to the medication, so it is important that you contact your doctor immediately.

You should contact your doctor if any of these other side effects occur:

Blurred vision or eye problems, wheezing or trouble breathing, severe or bloody diarrhea.

Less serious side effects:

Headache, nausea or upset stomach, diarrhea, appetite loss, bleaching of hair or loss of hair.

Im using hcqs 200 tablet since 6 months for swelling in body specially legs doctor advised me to use this tablet for atleast 1 year.now suddenly im suffering with itching and burning on my body .I asked doctor but he stil says to continue the same tablet along with omnicortil tablet now what I should do
