Side Effects Of Epilexchrono 500mg Lametec50dt,epilex Chrono 200,dilatin200mg

I am 62 yrs ,put on dose of 200mg dilatin once a day ,epilexchrono 500mg and lametec50DT twice a day and epilexchrono 200 mg once a day for the last 5yrs, now my memory is fading .pl let me knocombinew is the dose correct .the frequency of partial seizures is approx once in three months .also let me know the other side effects..
