Side Effects Of Epilex Chrono 500

I take the medicine last 9 years and last 4 years along Frisium 10. Is their any side effect of the tabs.

My self is Anubhav Maheshwari. I am 24yrs old and i am taking valprin chrono 500mg twice in a day and lamitor OD 100 once in a day from last 3years before the dose was light. But now from last 1year my shoulder dislocation problem started. Also my memory getting weak day by day. So i am worried is this because of this medicine. Please Please Please help me as because due to all this my work is suffering.
