Deplatt-A contains Clopidogrel and Aspirin, it is used to prevent blood clotting and to thin the blood, thus one of its side effects is an increased risk of bleeding.

If you are taking this and see blood in your urine, then you should consult with a doctor immediately, as that could be a sign that you have internal bleeding of some type.
