Side Effects Of Concur 2 5

I have recentl;y undergone by-pass heart surgery and presently I am on 2.5 Concur - morning and night medication for control of my BP. Please let me know the side effects of concur on my other organs and what further medications/steps necessary to counter those side effects?

Concor contains the active ingredient Bisoprolol, which is a beta blocker that's used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.
