I wish I was never prescribed ativan! It seems to me that Dr's prescribe this medication so easily. I never thought I would be physically addicted to drugs, but I trusted my Dr. How foolish I was. I should have looked up how bad getting off of these pills would be! I have been in a rehab already and well, I left still get prescribed this medication. I am now on clonazepam, but I have to say that I have major depression. I know that getting off of them will be so painful (as I have tried before and landed in the hospital), that being depressed is seemingly the better choice. It's crazy that I can't even ween myself off!! No, not even a little. I think these pills have the worst withdrawels ever!! Flu, vomitting, heart flutterings, heart racing, dizziness. It is easier for a heroin addict to get off drugs than me. You would never know it if you met me that I am a drug addict, but I am, and it sucks! I feel defeated and helpless! Am I the only one who feels this way?

Sometime we can be our own worst critic. I really want to help shed light at the end of the tunnel for you, because I used to deal with severe depression on a regular basis and understand how difficult it can be to get out of a severe depression phase. It was only recently that I found a way to control my depression and eventually block it out so I could move on. I know this probably sounds weird, but a 75% or more- raw vegan diet will indefinitely lift depression symptoms. It is almost like a cure for most people, including myself.

I true heartedly believe if you slowly but surely adapt to this lifestyle way of eating, you body won't be nearly as stressed out and it will clear your mind to think better thoughts- as well as having more beneficial side effects than Clonazepam has in bad side effects! And that is saying something. It's really as simple as eating high amounts of fruit in replace of other foods and having a salad or something similar for dinner. It may be hard to believe coming from someone else you don't even know, but I urge you to give it a try for as long as you are able to while you are on these medications; and hopefully you will find that you eventually won't need medication to feel your best, since raw plant food is essentially your medication from the earth. And I think it knows better than man, who inevitably messed everything up by creating these horrible drugs.

I just read about the positive affects of Colonics. Check it out for yourself. It totally detoxifies your body of Medicines, Parisites,and all the bad things that make us feel so toxic, and makes depression and other ailments even worse.
