Side Effects For Secnidazol 500mg

I would like to know if it can be used for treating stomach ulcers (peptic or gastritis)

Secnidazole is an anti-infective, but in the U.S. at least, it is not usually used to treat the H.Pylori bacteria that can be associated with ulcers, it is more commonly used to treat fungal infections.
