Aspilet contains the active ingredient Aspirin, it can thin the blood and yes, it is always possible that it could cause bleeding in someone, even if they haven't taken a lot of it and/or they don't take it regularly.
That is just one of the hazards of medications, there is really no way of knowing how they will affect any individual person. Some people can use it all the time and have no problems, but others will suffer every possible side effect from just one dose.
