Side Effect Of Folitrax 10 Mg

I am taking folitrax -15mg for last one year along with folic acid and osteobon plus. To neutralize side effect of folitrex please some medicine

im taking folitrex 10mg from last 8years with folic acid,calpol650 twice a day ,sazo500, twice a day and wyslone, 5mg.. for Rheumatoid arthritis....so please answer me what is the advantage and disadvantage if i take long this all madician..thank you...
