Side Effect Of Appebon/ Headache

My Doctor prescribed me this Vitamins
I noticed that everytime I take this vitamins I experienced headache especially during afternoon.

I remember when I was in High School I took vitamins the same as the content of appebon I remember as well the same side effects occured when I took this vitamins.

I hope you can help me enlighten on this.Thanks!!
