Side Effect Aceclofenac Paracetamol Serratiopeptidase

After fnding many pain relievers of no use my Doctor advd Zerodol-SP for 10days.I had ADD Surgery 2 years back but pain is 24x7 inspite of somany pain killers tried.Is using zerodol sp safe and useful ?

Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase is used as a pain reliever, fever reduce and to reduce swelling, the side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.

I AM HYPO THYROID PATIENT TAKING 100 THYROXINE ,THREE DAY BACK I WAS OPPERATED FOR GALL STONE ,NOW I AM TAKING MEDICINE CEFUROXIME AXETIL & POTASSIUM CLAVULANATE (ORATIL CV 500) AND ACELOFENIC & PARACETAMOL (ZERODOL-SP) PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM DOMPERIDONE SR CAPSULE (PENTEX-DSR)
I AM ALLERGIC TO PARACETAMOL BUT NO SIGN IS OF ALLERGY TILL NOW, BUT I FIND FEVER FROM TWO DAYS ,COULD YOU PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF FEVER IS ALL DRUGS GOOD AND SAFE FOR ME

I was prescribed acenac P for body ache and fever. After having two doses, the skin around my right chest till my back has become pinkish and red with tiny watery boils developed on that stretch. Is this due to side effect of the drug. Acenac P tablet is a combination of aceclofenac (325 mg) and Paracetamol (100 mg). kindly advise the remedy.
