I have cerotic liver , I want to know the side efects of aceclo- paracetamol combination on liver and kidney. and want to know the quantity of above tablet can be taken in a day ( 24 hours)

If you have liver problems, then you should not take this medication.

Both the Aceclofenac and the Paracetamol can cause liver damage and/or failure and should be avoided by those with existing liver conditions.
