None at all really. It does make you thirsty, so you drink alot of water, but thats a good thing. Other than feeling full all the time I haven't felt any differently at all.

Did it give anyone else a headache. I had some left over phentramine so I have been taking that. although with not much results.. Maybe I have just been taking this too long. Do you take it first thing in the morning, and if you do eat first does it still work.

First thing in the morning I take it on an empty stomach. I think I remember getting a headache the first couple of days, but then that quit happening. It does still work if you eat first, I have done that a couple of times. There is no extra energy or jitters at all. I can tell its working because I can't eat very much at all. I also have noticed that if I eat something with alot of sugar, I get really nauseous. Now I don't want to eat sugar - so thats a good thing too! I also cannot have any alcohol while taking these. I feel really weird if I do have a glass of wine or something. Cut out the alcohol too and lost even more weight. Basically, the side effects keep you from eating and drinking things you shouldn't. Drink alot of water and you will be amazed at how much weight you lose. This is the best thing I have ever found! I have never taken Phen, but I know if it gave me the jitters, I would not like it.

I ordered Meridia form what I thought was a US based company. I live in Australia and Phentermine is illegal, so my next option was Reductil or Meridia. I ordered and recieved 4 silver aluminum packages with 10 pills in each. The pills are red and white with no labeling on them. The back of the package states in red writing: Sibutramine Hydrocloride Monohydrate Capsules 10 mg, along with heaps of other wirtting. Is what yours looked like? I was a bit worried as it came form india and not canada or the US. I will start taking them within the week. :)

I just want to post a warning here to let everyone know to be careful with these types of foreign medications.

The FDA has recently discovered that over 50% of foreign medications are entirely counterfeit and another large percentage that do actually contain the active ingredient are hyper-potent, sometimes containing 80 to 100% more than they are supposed to of the active ingredient.

For counterfeit meds there is no way of knowing what is really in them, some contain a little of the correct drug, some don't and some contain substances that are not safe for human consumption.

The ones that are hyper-potent can cause many problems and side effects from getting to much of the drug and in some cases overdoses have occured.

So using a medication from a foreign country that is not regulated and approved for sale in the US can be very dangerous, like playing Russian Roulette.

On top of these concerns, if it is not approved for sale and consumption in the US by the FDA then it is illegal to obtain them and bring them in to the country.

If you order these meds and they are seized by customs on a good day you will just get a letter in the mail informing you that they have seized your order and it will be destroyed and a warning that you were particpating in an illegal activity and NO ONE refunds your money.

Worst case, if you are getting a significant amount of drugs or your name crops up repeatedly on foreign shipments of non-approved substances you can be placed under investigation, fined, and possibly prosecuted.

There are very few instances in which you are allowed to import something that is not approved for use in the US and this is not one of them!

As to those who are upset because you did not get what you were supposed to when you ordered, that is the hazards of ordering from a non-regulated pharmacy and you really have no recourse.

I am sorry, but since this site does not condone this type of activity, I am removing and references telling people where to place an order.

I also received Sibuslim when I requested Phentramine. I contaced my bank and they had the charges reversed. I sent the Sibuslim back to sender. I was amazed that they can do the switch on you like that and then mail it to you with no directions. Be careful about a month after I paid on my visa/debit card I had unauthorized charges (airfare to India) charged on my card!!!

I really liked my first order, the next order was some sort of poison. Head was pounding, nausea, it was awful...I threw them away. Can yuou buy this legally in the us?

Hi all, I used to take Reductil/Meridia which worked great but gave me a very dry mouth. I stopped after finding out I was pregnant.

This time round, I ordered the meds via an internet site and was sent Sibuslim. I'm not sure yet whether this batch is as good as proper Reductil, but I'll continue taking it for now.

BIG word of warning to all: the most serious potential side-effect is a significant rise in blood pressure. My doctor is adamant for me to come in every 2 weeks to have my blood pressure checked. If your blood pressure goes up due to the medication and you're not aware of it, you are at serious risk of stroke and/or coronary. I'm not making this up - only very few people suffer an increase in blood pressure, but if you're one of them, YOU NEED TO COME OFF IMMEDIATELY.

i got some sibuslim-10 from a friend - no details on dosage etc.
was told to take 1 in the morning and one at about 2 - does that sound right or too much? does anyone know if this product interact negatively with prozac?
have only taken the tablets for two days - did not feel hungry but was very nervous about any side effects. did make me thirsty. any advise appreciated

What is the difference between Reductil and Sibuslim? I use to take reductil and found that by ordering a generic brand of meredian it was cheaper and was sent sibuslim. Are they the same thing? Do they work as well as Reductil?

A few years ago I went to the Dr. to get a Meridia script. It was AWESOME and lost 12 lbs./month without exercising. I couldn't believe how it cut my appetite (I had the 10mg)!! Its been a few years and due to many life changes, I regained about 35 lbs and wanted to get another script, but didn't want the hassle of driving to the Dr.s office, explaining myself, etc. etc. (I'm glad I did it initally, but I know my body's response now). I went online to order Merida and received Sibuslim-10 instead from a company in India (I'm in the US). I was hesitant at first and even considered getting it analyzed, but I decided to start taking it after reading about it and I'm glad I did. Equally as effective as Meridia and zero side effects. Thank god I've already lost 5 lbs. in 5 days and am feeling great. No headaches, and I've taken it in the morning and even at noon (one pill/day). I'm very very pleased with the results, but would like more product info. I'm going to my general Dr. on Tuesday for a check up and will ask him about it--although I don't want a lecture about buying pills on the internet.

I live in Thailand, and was advised by a friend to take Reductil @3.000bht for30 capsules I went to my local chemist and she reccomended Subuslim @800bht for 30...I wasen't sure so we looked in her medical book and the ingredients are the same..so I bought Subuslim...Red & white but mine say they are made in Switzerland. To early to say if they are working yet..
