It depends on the dosage and whether or not it is the brand name or the generic. They don't all look the same, nor are they all the same color and they do not all have the same markings.

I have been taking Alprazolam 0.5MG for at least twenty years. They have always been pink. I just received a new supply and they are yellow. I take one-half but it feels stronger
