Hello RLA,
Both of these are considered to be vitamins, focusing primarily on B vitamins. The problem with telling you the difference between the two is that there are a lot of variations of both of these vitamins and so giving an exact difference would be difficult. Some versions of the folbee have more vitamin B than other versions and the same can be said for virt-vite. For all intents and purposes though if the doctor feels that the folbee tab brec is enough of a vitamin boost then I see no problem with them substituting it for the virt-vite.
