Should I Take Krimson 35 During Periods

I'm having regular periods but it lasts of 10-15 days since 2 months... Then my doctor suggested to take krimson 35 for 3 months. After completing 1 month course after 7 days I got my period... Now my doubt is today is day 5 of my cycle and Im bleeding.. so can I start my 2nd month course from today..
